Commercial Bathroom Remodel

JF Improvements recently wrapped up a Commercial Bathroom Remodel project in the Wilmington, DE area. Although this particular job was for a residential client, it followed the same professional process we use in our commercial work. The main goal? Fixing serious water damage and bringing the bathroom back to life.

To start, we inspected every inch of the bathroom. Then, we carefully removed all damaged drywall. Because moisture had affected several areas, we paid close attention to each section. This step helped us prevent future water issues and made sure the space was ready for new materials.

After that, we installed brand-new drywall. Each panel was measured, aligned, and secured with precision. Next, we used joint compound to fill seams and smooth out the surface. We also sanded everything down to create a clean, seamless finish. This gave us a strong and level foundation to build on.

Once the drywall was complete, we added durable vinyl wall coverings. These walls are easy to clean and can handle moisture, which makes them a smart choice for bathrooms—especially in commercial spaces. Even better, the vinyl gave the room a fresh, modern look while adding extra protection against future damage.
